At Shipton & Heneage, we pride ourselves on the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return them in their original, unworn condition within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel, ensuring no old shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
